By adding TeeForm Golf Caddie to your device or using teeformgolf.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app or this website.
TeeForm Golf Caddie is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — you add it to your phone's Home Screen directly from your browser. It is not distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. It provides GPS rangefinding, club-distance tracking, and (on paid tiers) statistical club recommendations and strategy suggestions based on the shot data you log.
TeeForm is offered in three tiers — Caddie, Caddie Pro and Caddie Tour — each a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually (Caddie is annual-only), except where a trial applies. Current pricing is always shown at checkout and on our Pricing page; prices may change from time to time, and any change will not affect a billing cycle you've already paid for.
Subscriptions are billed and processed by our licensing partner, Freemius, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
New customers may try Caddie Tour free for 14 days. No payment card is required to start a trial, so nothing is charged automatically when it ends — if you'd like to keep using TeeForm after your trial, you choose and pay for a plan yourself. One trial is available per customer; Freemius enforces this at signup.
Your logged shots and rounds are never deleted as a result of a refund, cancellation, or tier change — that data stays on your device regardless of subscription status.
Each paid license can be activated on up to two devices at a time. You can view and manage your activations from the app's Upgrade tab, or self-service at customers.freemius.com if you no longer have access to one of the devices.
TeeForm is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use of your own golf game. You agree not to:
TeeForm's distances, club recommendations, wind/elevation adjustments and strategy suggestions are estimates, built from GPS positioning, third-party map/course/weather data, and the shot data you've logged yourself. GPS accuracy varies, course-mapping data (OpenStreetMap) is community-maintained and can be incomplete or out of date, and every recommendation is a statistical suggestion, not a guarantee of outcome.
You are responsible for your own club selection, shots, and safety on the course — including reading hazards, other players, and conditions with your own judgment. TeeForm is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for that judgment.
TeeForm Golf, the TeeForm Golf Caddie app, the Caddie/Caddie Pro/Caddie Tour names, and CaddiTQ™ are names and marks used by Gerard Hill Consulting Pty Ltd in connection with this app. CaddiTQ™ is used as an unregistered trademark. All app design, code and content not otherwise licensed from a third party belong to us. Course boundary and geometry data is sourced from OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License; map imagery is licensed from Mapbox.
You may stop using TeeForm at any time by cancelling your subscription and/or removing the app from your device. We may suspend or terminate access to paid features for a license involved in fraud, abuse, or a breach of the acceptable-use terms above — your locally stored shot data is unaffected either way, since it was never ours to begin with.
TeeForm is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on any distance, recommendation, or strategy suggestion it provides — including outcomes on the course. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law in your own country or region gives you additional rights that cannot be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and where a change is material we'll aim to flag it in the app as well.
